1 ½ lb (680 g) chicken breasts or thighs

¾ cup (180 ml) heavy cream or full-fat coconut milk

Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken lightly with salt and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add The Saucy African Slow-Cooked Tomato Simmer Sauce and cook for 3–4 minutes to deepen flavor.
Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and Pepper Heat Blend. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in heavy cream or coconut milk. Simmer 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for 5–7 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve warm.
