Meet the Founders
Janet didn’t set out to build a sauce empire , she just wanted her food to taste like home.
What started as simmering pots for friends and family turned into a bigger mission:
To bring bold, beautiful African flavor into everyday kitchens.
With her husband James by her side, she turned her late-night cooking sessions into a full-blown flavor movement. Together, they’re sharing sauces made with love, tradition, and just enough spice to make your taste buds dance.
How we bottle flavor, the Saucy way.
We don’t cut corners; we simmer, stir, and season with intention.
Sourcing
We carefully select vibrant, small-batch African ingredients — the real deal, no shortcuts.
Crafting
Each recipe is slow-simmered and taste-tested until it hits that “damn, that’s good” moment.
