What started as simmering pots for friends and family turned into a bigger mission:

Unopened, our Simmer Sauces are shelf stable for 24-36 months. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 4-6 weeks for optimal freshness.

We offer free shipping on orders $35+ and a flat-rate option for smaller orders.

Because we ship glass jars, orders going to the West Coast and Mountain regions may take slightly longer and occasionally cost more due to distance and carrier rates. We price shipping as fairly as possible while protecting your jars—and our small business.
