½ lb (225 g) chicken pieces (drumsticks, thighs, or boneless)

¾–1 cup (180–240 ml) chicken broth or water

2 bell peppers (red, yellow, or green), chopped

2 Tbsp oil

½ tsp salt (optional, adjust to taste)

¼ tsp The Saucy African Pepper Heat Blend (optional)
Directions
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Pour in The Saucy African Slow-Cooked Tomato Simmer Sauce and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Stir in The Saucy African Pepper Heat Blend (if using).
Add chopped bell peppers and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
